This week was about Risk Management. The following table shows our identified risks of our project. The higher the risk factor, the higher is the severity of consequences. Our second table shows the time spend per use case in the first semester.
Scope: we reduced our scope. We decided not to implement the use cases, that are about music sheet editing. We focus on sheet distribution and music notation display.
